Starting your fitness journey can be a nerve wracking and overwhelming experience, especially if you’ve never even set foot in a gym.
As your trainer, I will do my best to ensure you are not only seeing results physically, but mentally as well. I want you to learn how to be comfortable in a gym setting on your own, so that this can become a part of your everyday life.
I also believe that a healthy lifestyle is not a “one-size fits all” and work with my clients to find a way to have your health be a priority in your life, without being a burden.
As your trainer, I will consider your hormones, medical history, work-life balance, and many other things to help you reach your goals effectively. I want to take the questions and uncertainty out of your journey by looking at all angles of your life, and finding where you can grow to achieve the greatest version of yourself.
1-1 personal Training
1-1 personal training packages are the most “traditional” type of personal training that I offer. Sessions typically 50 minutes and during this time you will be able to consult me on all things related to your health, while also getting in a great workout. Everything is completely individualized to you, while also receiving my undivided attention in each session. 1-1 packages are great for all levels and tend to be the most popular option!
2-1 Partner Training
Need a buddy? This option is for you. This package allows me to work with 2 people with similar or separate goals to program you both to your maximum potential. Although your workout may be similar to your partners, your weights and reps are dependent fully on the goals you want to achieve. All sessions will last between 45-60 minutes. This is a more financially conscious option without losing that one-on-one feel. Plus, who doesn’t need more accountability?
Semi-Private Training
Semi-private personal training is just that- it is a small group (usually 5-7) and I work between everyone on instruction and guidance for your workout. Outside of your workouts, you will still have access to me as your personal trainer for questions regarding your fitness & nutritional goals . This particular package is ideal for people who have a base line knowledge of exercise, but all levels are welcome This is a great way to experience having a personal trainer, without the higher cost.
online personal training
This option is for those that feel comfortable in the gym on their own, but just need help with programming and accountability. With online training, I will track your progress with photos & measurements through a branded app specifically designed for my online training clients. You will receive up to 5 workouts a week and nutritional guidance, just like my gym clients. This option is applicable for those with a gym membership or someone who just uses a couple dumbbells in home.
