I have been a personal trainer for 5 years, and over those years I have made it my goal to teach people that no matter what your lifestyle is, there is always room to take care of yourself first.
Whether we are talking about workouts, nutrition, or just day to day life, I will do my best to meet you where you are and push you to get stronger, be better, and become the best version of yourself.
No matter which training package you choose, you will receive individualized instruction and support from me. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to fitness and do my best to find the perfect approach for you.
WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

Hands down the most effective option for training. With this option you get my full undivided attention for your entire workout. I program workouts tailored to your level and goals with full communication and support with every lift. This allows us to hone in on your goals and you get the true “personal” training experience. All sessions will last between 45-60 minutes. I am also available for any questions you have, at all hours of the day.

Need a buddy? This option is for you. This package allows me to work with 2 people with similar or separate goals to program you both to your maximum potential. Although your workout may be similar to your partners, your weights and reps are dependent fully on the goals you want to achieve. All sessions will last between 45-60 minutes. This is a more financially conscious option without losing that one-on-one feel.

Semi-private personal training is just that- it is a small group (usually 5-7) and I work between everyone on instruction and guidance for your workout. Outside of your workouts, you will still have access to me as your personal trainer for questions regarding your fitness & nutritional goals . This particular package is ideal for people who have a base line knowledge of exercise, but all levels are welcome This is a great way to experience having a personal trainer, without the higher cost.

This option is for those that feel comfortable in the gym on their own, but just need help with programming. With online training, I will track your progress with photos & measurements through a branded app specifically designed for my online training clients. You will receive up to 5 workouts a week and nutritional guidance, just like my gym clients. This option is applicable for those with a gym membership or someone who just uses a couple dumbbells in home.
